5.1. Blitz CallerID Display

Program "Blitz CallerID Display" - CTI application 3-d party PBX Panasonic KX-TD/KX-TDA, which allows to display the calling number on it or number dial from it on TAPI-interface between PBX Panasonic KX-TD/KX-TDA and on computer of the user of an extension telephone line. The information is given as the liquid crystal display of the PT on the screen of the computer of the user. Calling number at an incoming call from an EXT line is determined by PBX under condition that Caller ID function for analog CO lines, CLIP or ANI for digital CO lines and appropriate complete sets and settings of the PBX are given by the connection operator.

The software "Blitz Caller ID Display" is intended for displaying the information about selected EXT telephone line on the screen of your computer:

• Numbers and names of the EXT subscribers at incoming and intercom calls;
• CLIP (Called ID, ANI) number of outside and intercom (EXT) subscriber and its name at incoming outside and intercom calls;
• DID number and its name dialled by external subscriber at incoming call over PRI ISDN or E1; or MSN number and its name at call over BRI ISDN;
• Dialed (DIAL) and connected (COLP) numbers at outgoing calls on EXT telephone line or outside subscriber over CO lines ISDN;
• And numbers, and names of participant in third-party conference established;
• The information about last incoming and outgoing calls;
• Status of selected EXT line;

5.1. Blitz KXTD TAPI Server.

Blitz KXTD TAPI Server - there is CTI application 3-d party for PBX Panasonic KX-TD / KX-TDA, which allows to distribute incoming calls on Caller ID number to conduct statistic of incoming, outgoing calls and to pass information about calls to software of foreign manufacturers. Also this software is intended for organizations of Call center and CRM systems on base of already working system of account of the enterprise and PBX Panasonic KX-TD, KX-TDA. It is possible to receive Caller ID number of PBX Panasonic KX-TD, KX-TDA at incoming calls:

• on Caller ID service for analog lines;
• on ANI number for T1;
• on CLIP for ISDN.

The format of number of calling subscriber can be differ for various types of CO-lines and for various operators of communication, which are connected to PBX but Blitz TAPI Server allows to reduce them to the uniform format.

Blitz KXTD TAPI Server consists of two main applications:

Blitz_KXTDServTAPI intended for distribution incoming outside calls on certain EXT numbers in conformity to the filled tables of DB, and also for release of incoming calls with certain numbers Caller ID. Blitz_KXTDServTAPI uses the type of DB which was selected by the subscriber from the list.

Blitz_KXTDServConsole - with this software all necessary settings for work of service are entered. This software allows to operate it, fill the tables, necessary for work and to look through archive of calls. At start it checks availability of necessary DB tables and in case if one of this table is absent creates new one. It is possible to fill the tables both in Blitz_KXTDServConsole and from any other software with SQL request.
