for the Panasonic KX-TD PBX.
2.1.1. General items of information.
Stations KX-TD 812/1232 with one main block have only 1 universal RS-232 port which is
used and for transfer SMDR, and for programming, and for TAPI-interface. And at certain
moment only one function from this list written above can work.
System of station KX-TD 1232 from 2 main blocks has 2 RS-232 ports. But TAPI-interface
works only RS-232 station "Master". For SMDR or Program exchange you can use R-232 on
station "Slave".
Stations KX-TD 500 have 1 port RS-232 for transfer the information. TAPI-interface works
on anyone from RS-232 ports stations KX-TD 500. We recommend in case KX-TD 500 to use
RS-232 port SMDR for initialization of TAPI-interface. To solve problem of ports lack
RS-232 for station KXTD at initialization of TAPI-interface or to combine reception on
one port RS-232 and SMDR messages and TAPI-interface, we offer the program of reception
SMDR information on TAPI-interface.
Connection PBX to the computer.
Station KX-TD connects with computer of the user and TAPI-server is carried out using
RS-232C, with soldering described in the firm documentation on installation PBX
Panasonic KX-TD. This cable is also used to receive the information SMDR and programming
station KX-TD.
Standard cable for COM port for operation TAPI interface PBX KX-TD doesn't approach.

2.1.2. Installation on one computer which directly connected to PBX
with RS-232 port.

2.1.3. Installation on several computers in local network TAPI server
that directly connected to PBX with RS-232 port and Windows of TAPI server.
Connect PBX systems Panasonic KX-TD to the computer which fulfils the TAPI-server
functions with cable with soldering pointed above. Install TSP driver on this computer
TAPI server is realized in OC Windows 2000 Server and Windows Server 2003. Check its
efficiency according to the instructions pointed above.
Following the OC Windows 2000 Server/2003 Server instructions make on this computer TAPI
server (Telephone) Telephone Provider, using TAPI connection which installed on TSP
driver. Add users names to TAPI-line you need in KX-TD Telephone Provider or
administrators names for TAPI-server (Telephone). Receive additional information on

Download the Blitz TAPI SMDR package of installation, Setup Blitz TAPI SMDR.exe .
Enter to the computer of subscriber of extension telephone line (EXT) (it must be
in the same domain with domain and follow the Windows instructions install TAPI client.
(tcmsetup/c name server in the command line).
Run Blitz TAPI SMDR.exe, and follow the instructions.
Restart network user computer under its name and password. Run Blitz TAPI
SMDR.exe .

2.2. Installation for Panasonic KX-TDĀ
For KX-TDA connection is carried out using USB cable or through connection Ethernet CTI-link card.
2.2.1. Installation steps for Panasonic KX-TDĀ systems using USB cable
Download USB and TSP driver for KX-TDA systems, as well as instruction for their installation (PanasonicTSP-eula.pdf,
USB_old_driver_remove.doc, USB_TDA_WinXX.zip, KXTDATSPInstManual.pdf, panasonic_kx-tda_tsp_inst3004.zip).
Connect PBX systems Panasonic KX-TDĀ to the computer with USB cable. Install the USB driver for KX-TDA version
2.0.0.7, first and then TSP driver KX-TDĀ version 3.0.0.4 on the computer on OS Windows not later than 2000 or XP, according
to the instructions pointed above. Set it to receive TAPI through USB. Check its efficiency.

2.2.2. Installation steps for Panasonic KX-TDĀ systems using CTI-link card
Panasonic KX-TDA0410
Download TSP driver for KX-TDA systems, as well as instruction for their installation (PanasonicTSP-eula.pdf,
KXTDATSPInstManual.pdf, panasonic_kx-tda_tsp_inst3004.zip).
Install CTI-link card into PBX systems Panasonic KX-TDA100/200/600 and set it IP network address. Connect CTI-link
card to the Ethernet.
Install TSP driver KX-TDA version 3.0.0.4 on the computer on OS Windows not later than 2000 or XP, according to the
instructions pointed above and set it to receive TAPI through IP address of CTI-link card and default port 33333. Check it's
efficiency.
Download Blitz TAPI SMDR installations Setup_Blitz_TAPI_SMDR.zip..
Run the program of installation Setup Blitz TAPI SMDR.exe and following instructions.
Run Blitz TAPI SMDR.exe. Set parameters for connection to Database Server and another settings.
2.3. Removal of the Program.
Select "Add/Remove the Programs" in the Windows Control Panel.
Select Blitz TAPI SMDR in the list of the installed programs and press the button
"Add/Remove the Programs". Follow the instructions.
