1 Introduction.

1.1 About program "Blitz TAPI SMDR".

Blitz TAPI SMDR - CTI application 3-d party is intended for forming and writing SMDR messages in the database at TAPI-interface for PBX Panasonic KX-TD and KX-TDA. It is need when TAPI-interface is initialized for using others CTI applications 3-d party on COM port of stations Panasonic KX-TD 1232/812 or SMDR port of stations Panasonic KX-TD 500.

This program is actual for PBX Panasonic KX-TDA, if you want to receive SMDR messages from USB port of MPR card or on IP from CTI-LINK card on TAPI-interface.

In addition Blitz TAPI SMDR PRO has interface which allows to programs of tariffing of foreign manufacturers to change COS and name of EXT line. For example: the interface of interaction with program of tariffing Wintariff begin from version 2.05.14 on automatic change COS of EXT hotel's telephone number at settle the lodger, at excess of set limit of telephone calls and at eviction the lodger and listing him the account for use of phone is realized.

CTI application is also intended for extension of self-descriptiveness of SMDR messages of stations Panasonic KX-TD and KX-TDA.

For example:

1. forming the SMDR line on call from extension number to extension number;
2. displays the time RING of incoming, outgoing or intercom calls;
3. forming the line at not answering incoming, outgoing or intercom calls with code of status N/A;
4. forming the line with code of status FW, RT, PK;
5. displays the time, duration of the ring up to the answer, the time of calls include seconds;
6. displays the use of outside or group loud notification;
7. logs DDI/DID/MSN number at incoming call on digital CO;
8. modification of coming CLIP/ANI/CallerID number and log it in modified kind in DB etc.;

1.2. System requirements:

Checked up platform: Windows 2000/XP/2003. Probably on Windows 98(2d edition)/ME/2000Pro. It can work with any extension lines (except for ISDN, BRI, DECT in case KX-TD) and with any telephone device.

Hardware:

For functioning Blitz Caller ID Display the computer must satisfy to the following requirements:

• The processor from Pentium-1 or higher or compatible with it;
• 32 Mbytes of RAM;
• 10 Mbytes of memory on the hard disk;
• Operative system Microsoft Windows 98/2000/ME/NT 4.0 (SP5) 2000 / 2003 XP.
• The version firmware of the station must be:
  • KX-TD 816 - not less 5 ver. (it is desirable 6 ver.)
  • KX-TD 1232 - not less 5 ver. (it is desirable 6. ver.)
  • KX-TD 500 - not less 2.3 (it is desirable 2.6)
  • KX-TDA anyone (it is desirable 3.2)
• To determine number of calling subscriber at incoming call the station must be connect to Network by means of ISDN* line with given by the operator CLIP of calling, E1* with ANI service for incoming call given by the operator, analog lines with service of Caller ID given by the operator* (to recognize Caller ID signals Panasonic KX-TD /KX-TDA stations should be completed with the appropriate plate, and KX-TD 1232 station also should be completed with the special version of the software*).

Restrictions for stations KX-TD / KX-TDA:

• In case of using double station Panasonic KX-TD 1232 ports of extension telephones only Master block can be controlled;
• extension ISDN BRI and DECT ports for station Panasonic KX-TD are not controlled;
• Voice Mail ports are not controlled;
• Virtual extension numbers FND, Modem, DISA, EXT Group etc. are not controlled.
