4.1 Problems and their decisions for PBX Panasonic KX-TD.

If You use local network in this case you need follow the instructions given in this window:

Press the button "Start" on the "Task manager", then press "Execute". Enter the command "tcmsetup /c name TAPI-server" in the open window. As "name TAPI-server" You need to enter the name of your computer in the local line, carrying out the TAPI-server function. This name you can find out from your system administrator.
Press the button "OK". Window informing about successful installation of TAPI-server will appear in a several seconds.
Note:

You can make the installation of TAPI-client only in case if You entered to the Windows OC with user name and password, which has administrator's right. Otherwise You'll see the message on error:
In this situation you need to log of (Start/Shut down/log of/ok), and enter once again, using the user name and password, which has administrator's right. Repeat attempt of installation of TAPI-client.
In case, the TAPI-server doesn't work, ask Your system administrator to check on the serviceability of TAPI-server.
If Your local network is broken on several domain area, the situation is possible, when TAPI-server is in one domain area and account under which you are in system is in other domain area. Ask Your system administrator to recustomize TAPI-server, or Your local network.
If Your name in system doesn't have access rights to TAPI-lines of PBX in TAPI-server settings, ask your system administrator to set in your TAPI-server access to TAPI-lines for Your name in system.

4.2. Joint work with WinTariff.

Blitz TAPI SMDR (PRO) for PBX Panasonic KX-TD/KX-TDA together with WinTariff is used instead of Writing Module (PbxCollect.exe or PbxCollect_NTservice.exe). In order to work Blitz TAPI SMDR (PRO) correct, Writing Module should not start!

Follow the instructions install Wintariff 2.06.15 or higher. Disable Writing Module (PbxCollect.exe or PbxCollect_NTservice.exe).
Download TSP driver here http://www.blitz-cti.com/download/. Install and set TSP driver (how to install TSP driver you can find here http://www.blitz-cti.com/faq/ ) on computer, on which Blitz TAPI SMDR (PRO) will be installed. Then make sure that TAPI interface between computer and PBX works.
Install latest version of Blitz TAPI SMDR (PRO) (we send you the installation in attached file). Also you need to read the instruction (Help) for Blitz TAPI SMDR (PRO).
Start Blitz TAPI SMDR PRO and you need to point out where to create COS.dbf base at first start of program. Enter in Main Settings.
Check in tab the list of EXT numbers and check if you have an opportunity to change them COS in column Use.
You can change the COS only for that EXT line, where the pictogram "Tick" is green colour.
Set in Blitz TAPI SMDR (PRO) path to DB of calls for Wintariff 2.x.
Download and install Wintariff 2.06.15 from site http://www.pbxsoftware.com.
To activate and to enable support of Blitz TAPI SMDR PRO you need to add in file Tariff32.ini next block:

After that open Wintariff in section "Settings" the item "Blitz TAPI" will appear.
Open in WinTariff (not below than 2.06.15) "Settings"/Blitz TAPI

Point out the path to COS.dbf and fill the table of integration, for example:
- COS1 - this COS is need at check in the guest;
- COS2 - this COS is need at exhausted deposits by guest;
- COS3 - this COS is need at check out the guest.
After setting item Blitz TAPI in section "Settings" this block in Tariff32.ini will be next, for example:
